Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



RETURN POLICY

THIS APPLYS TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY – All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

The customers are responsible for return shipping fees and 15% restocking fees



No returns on the following:

  • Special order items, sale items or gift certificates.

  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging

  • Cut products such as chains, leathers, cords, trimmings etc.



RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at beadsplanete@beadsplanete.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
